Not at all surprised about all the negative comments concerning the owner‘s unfriendly and dismissive behaviour. Good enough as a last resort pharmacy given that parking is also relatively difficult in the area but would rather recommend going the extra mile to the next pharmacy (2km away) if you want better client service.

Friendly and efficient service and very helpful. I appreciated that the pharmacist made an effort to help me in English even though it clearly is not their mother tongue. Parking is very complicated here, so public transport is recommended.

A lot of products are not in stock

A lot of products are not in stock. Given the vast diversity of products, one could understand, but then the orders take long. The owner is more often than not in a bad mood and quite unfriendly. The younger staff is quite friendly (if not harassed by the owner). And finally, in a pharmacy in Luxembourg, you would expect to be able to speak Luxembourgish... but as so often you just get a "français svpl". A little effort on that point would be welcome....
