LUI recently discovered rituals and am in love with the scents. Just bought the room scent, handwash and lotion for my Pilates studio ❤️ The staff are very friendly and helpful and while browsing, we were offered some lavender tea..it was very good and definitely improved our browsing and buying experience.

LUVery unpleasant experience with a saleswoman, older and wearing glasses. After waiting a long time in line, she rushed through our transaction without even checking our loyalty card, clearly wanting to save time. Definitely not a place I would recommend. Now I know where not to go.
