Kris is an amazing coach - he listens and works with you and your body to reach your goals. As someone with injuries, I hadn’t been to the gym for a few years. Thanks to Kris, I got my confidence and strength back. I am grateful to all the hard work and dedication. He will push you higher and higher every time!

Started with Kris Douse when my daughters insisted I come along. Carrying a shoulder injury and being over 65, it's been a tough journey made enjoyable by Kris' inimitable grin and constant encouragement. Shoulder now has never been stronger. Never boring, always challenging, and very inclusive (I'm the only man with grey hair in his group sessions!). Highly recommended.

Kris is a very motivated coach who pushes you to your limits and listens to your needs. Because of my back problems it was no issue to create an individual and special workout and he also gave me tips for my everyday life. You learn to go further than you initially thought and I would highly recommend both the individual and group workouts.

Kris is an incredible trainer. His knowledge of fitness and understanding of the way the body works makes him the perfect guy if you have an injury (I had chronic back pain due to multiple surgeries). He customises the sessions, is an incredible motivator, super professional with a crazy work ethic. Also he’s super friendly so no need to feel intimidated if you’re a beginner!
