I came for henna dyeing + eyebrow restructuring. In the end, we stuck with the dye because there was no real need to pluck the eyebrows. I was very happy with the result, but disappointed at the end when I was still made to pay EUR 60 (taken for restructuring + dyeing) just for a dye :( I told myself that it's a shame to take advantage of people like this, because I won't come back again.

Institute to avoid absolutely... No consideration for the staff, beautician without consideration, care not up to par.....questionable hygiene etc... Impossible to put zero damage.

Dear Mr Sudre Surprise to read you virtually even though you are not a client of our institute! I do not blame you and understand your frustration related to the TERMINATION OF YOUR DAUGHTER by our company. However, criticizing the hygiene and care of our institute is mediocre, if this had been the case you would have consulted the competent administrations who have known our establishment since 1994. You verbally threatened to tarnish the image of our institute. Please know that I am not worried about your threats and our loyal customers know our values. Sincerely Beauty Stopover 💆🏻💆🏻‍♀️
