The individuals with whom I engaged in conversation were either French or English speakers, which was somewhat regrettable. Notwithstanding, every single person was incredibly kind, and it appeared to me as if they all had a thorough understanding of their tasks. I arrived unannounced, without any prior arrangement, and the waiting time was not overly extensive. The completion of my affairs was expedited much sooner than I had anticipated. My sincere gratitude goes out to all of them and they should take immense pride in their efforts and accomplishments :) Additionally, it was evident to me that the level of professionalism among them was top-notch. Each one seemed to have a clear sense of their role and responsibilities which made my experience smooth and hassle-free. Despite the language barrier, they all extended a warm and welcoming attitude that made me feel instantly comfortable. The efficiency with which they carried out their work was commendable.
