I wanted to pick up my husband's orthosis here. As a greeting: "ah, what's that supposed to be?" Since the lady unfortunately doesn't understand German as noted by the doctor, she googled it first. Apart from being overwhelmed and after reading my husband's name, she simply switched to Portuguese and said in astonishment "ah, you don't speak Portuguese? Don't you like Portuguese or something" after I kindly pointed out to you that I would rather stick to French. My behavior was very rude and I was referred to another store. Unfortunately, one star is one too many
