I am in exactly the same situation as another person who gave their opinion on the site. On January 28, 2024, I ordered a pair of hiking poles on sale at -50% (initial price €89), order amount €44.95 with shipping costs. Good deal a priori, during sales period! But, after more than 3 weeks of waiting, on February 23, 2024, I only received ONE stick, some accessories are missing, this does not correspond to my order, which stipulated 2 sticks! This is theft !!! It's a scam: on the invoice, it says 1 stick, with the price of €44.50, and on the site they don't sell 2 for €89: look for the mistake! Reminder: I ordered on sale at 50% off!! Likewise, no one responds to my emails, no response from customer service. In short, I was fooled! and what do I do with my stick, do I need two? If this can help other people my experience will be useful. With complete objectivity. To the wise, I am ready to review my opinion, if the situation returns to the initial order, but I hardly believe it!
