First impression not positive. But the location next to the city center is excellent, so is the infrastructure. Sometimes a big boat comes by, but very slowly as the lock is close-by. And all this free of charge!

Absolutely poorly maintained investor that is in a dilapidated state. Driftwood and dirt block the boxes. A water ski track runs along the complex
