One of the secretaries at this town

One of the secretaries at this town hall is very unpleasant. No ampatia. Yet we had just lost mother. Either she has personal problems or she's naturally mean. However yesterday this one seemed correct. It's sad for a person in public service. Don’t hang up the phone, dear lady. We could file a complaint. Shame on you.
