The staff's behavior is unsociable and haughty. They display a negative demeanor when communicated to in Luxembourgish. I have visited this place twice and on the last occasion, I left without concluding my business. The baked goods offered are merely ordinary, devoid of any unique quality or taste. Curiosity compels me to question the proprietor's opinion regarding the conduct of his employees and how this might be influencing the establishment's prestige. Such unprofessional behavior can significantly tarnish the reputation of the place, making it unattractive to potential customers. The impact on the business can be detrimental, considering the competition in the market. Therefore, it is essential for the owner to be aware of the staff's attitude and take corrective action if required. Moreover, the pastries that they serve are nothing more than average. They do not stand out in terms of taste or presentation, which is a disappointment for those who expect a unique culinary experience. There is a need for improvement in this area as well, to enhance the overall customer experience. All in all, the unappealing behavior of the staff coupled with the average quality of pastries makes for a less than satisfactory visit to this establishment. I am genuinely interested to know whether the owner is aware of these issues and what steps are being taken to address them.
