We frequent this eatery quite often and we're fond of it. However, since the inception of November, coinciding with the launch of the Covid Check Application, the eatery has ceased to acknowledge the European Immunization Certificate (originating from Greece). The Covid-Check application they utilize on their smartphones doesn't validate the certificates issued in Greece (Pfizer). I contacted the Luxembourg Ministry of Health today and was informed that the blame squarely rests on the eatery - for their failure to update their Mobile Application - and that they are under legal obligation to accept the European Certificate. Moreover, the ministry guided us to notify the law enforcement the next instance, as their actions are in breach of European Union legislation and infringing upon our rights. I am hopeful that this predicament will be swiftly rectified with their Mobile Application. For this particular issue, I am compelled to rate them with merely a single star. To add, It's rather unfortunate to see such a lapse in a place that we hold in high regard. It's disappointing that this has led to our inability to continue our patronage as before. The situation is further complicated by the fact that this is not merely about inconvenience, but also about legalities and rights. Indeed, it's quite a complex issue that requires immediate attention. As regular patrons, we deserve, and indeed demand, fair treatment and adherence to the law. We sincerely hope that this issue is not just brushed under the carpet but dealt with in a serious and timely manner.
