3 months to receive our order. No info from customer service we had to chase them every week. Ordered furniture for almost 3,000 EUR including a bed, which is obviously an essential piece in a home. Order made 8 August 2020, delivery at that time promised for 19 October. No call no info since then. Today we called them because we were concerned just to learn for them delivery is beginning of November ’as agreed, no delay’. No, that’s definitely not what we agreed on! This is unacceptable. No attempt to fix the situation, no apology, nothing. Customer service is arguably better at their competitors (Abitare Living).
