We had high expectations of this place

We had high expectations of this place, but we were super disspointed. We needed try and make contact with the waiters multiple times, we were ignored as a large group . Waiting more than 20 minutes for a single drink. We were there at 20.00h and only hot food around 22.00h To the food, super expensive place. We ordered different expensive dishes, all of them were dissapointing in quantity. The oysters and sea food were served on ice with water. Yes, very fancy but the cold and water gives a watery taste to them, they were not very tasteful. The beef. The plate is so much larger than the little piece of meat they serve you, it is comical. The "medium" I asked for, but inside was a super rare. We also ordered 2 of the expensives chiefs sushi plates (almost 90€ each), we tried to modify because of ALLERGIES, and they replied in a very rude tone that they don't change anything. So we asked at least, to put sushi containing shrimps seperately. When finally the food arrived, that request was also ignored... The 2 plates had shrimps mixed everywhere, so that one person couldn't eat. Super dissapointed. We ordered a 3 one, this time without shrimps at all, because of ALLERGIES!!! That plate never came to the table! We asked several times were was It, the only answer was "I am going to check" and they did not return with the food or an answer. When the club area opened, they put the music extremely loud, was impossible to have a conversation, even with the staff. What I think is unrespectful and rude for an expensive restaurant. They were not friendly, answering very rude back because we asked to take with us the left overs from the sushi. You could see on all of them they were not happy when we wanted to order desserts. For such an expensive place, I found them distant, not very good served, and the quantity of food doesn't deserve that price. Yes, It is Luxembourg (the typical excuse), but we have better price-quality places. If you are looking for a place for fancy pictures, maybe this is the place for you. If you are looking to enjoy food and company, don't go there. *In addition to their answer. When you book a table with days in advance, it is possible people become sick and cannot join the dinner, I think it is understandable... And seriously, you want to look professional with that comment? For the money we paid you last night, we would have "covered the costs" of the planned 11. To the allergies.
