1 star to the female staff who is extremely disrespectful, I called 3 times to ask for information and she hung up every time all at the beginning of my conversation without saying anything, she literally hung me up 5 seconds after I started my first word (I called once in English and twice in French). At first I thought it was just a technical issue, until my 4th try a male staff answered my question and I could finally finish my sentences!
