I went there for a platinum hydrafacial facial treatment, before proceeding with the treatment the practitioner should have carried out facial cleansing and this was not done even though I mentioned it to her. Then she used the machine to extract the blackheads but there were still some left because it is impossible to remove everything with the hydrafacial, additional manual extraction is necessary to get rid of them. Which I also mentioned but the practitioner told me that it was necessary to have a treatment every month to remove them (which is not correct...). Premium boosters were applied with the hydrafacial, except that the practitioner left the excess on the facialist instead of removing it and applying a day cream. I also pointed this out to her but she said they don't do that in their institute. I left the institute with sticky skin due to excess product and still with the blackheads I had before the treatment. I have been used to doing hydrafacials for years in other institutes and this is the first time I have seen such a poorly performed treatment. This treatment is clearly not worth 250 euros! This is simply theft. Update In response to your comment, I sent you a complaint email via your customer service and I never received a response, which is why I am writing this comment. I never said I would come back to your institute... I noticed the condition of my skin when I got home.
