We opened.a mortage account, the accountant taking care of that didn’t follow up internally, gave wrong information and was not able to describe the process in an understandable language. After two months we demanded to get a contact within the responsible back office and handeled it by ourselves. Fact is, that this bank is a waste of time and money”

“My experience with Basic-Fit was extremely negative, and I absolutely cannot recommend it. At first glance, it appears to be a professional fitness chain, but once you encounter an issue, you’ll quickly realize their approach is not only unprofessional but also unfair and irresponsible. I had a flexible membership plan, which I stopped using at the end of June when I left Spain. Despite this, Basic-Fit charged me €139 for months when I didn’t use their services at all. Worse yet, they didn’t inform me about this outstanding amount until four months later. This delay is completely unacceptable—especially because it robbed me of any chance to address the situation earlier. The app, which is supposed to allow for easy membership cancellation, simply didn’t work. The link on their website that supposedly leads to membership cancellation was also broken. Even if I had wanted to cancel my membership on time, the technical issues made it impossible. When I reached out to customer support for help, they were slow to respond and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept directing me to a law firm, which I find utterly unfair—Basic-Fit forced me to seek legal assistance solely because their own system failed. Dealing with the law firm was another nightmare. I emailed them twice, but they completely ignored my messages written in English. Phone calls weren’t any better; while they answered, they spoke only Spanish. As a foreigner, I had no effective way to communicate with them. This highlights how little Basic-Fit cares about customers who face language barriers in a foreign country. Their lack of support left me in a situation where I was being pressured to pay for a service I didn’t use, all because of their faulty system and lack of willingness to help. Basic-Fit presents itself as a friendly and transparent company, but my experience showed the opposite. They were uncooperative, unresponsive, and their policies seemed designed to squeeze money out of customers at any cost, regardless of whether the service was used. Coupled with their technical failures and dismissive communication, the entire experience felt incredibly unfair. I strongly recommend anyone considering a Basic-Fit membership to think twice. If you encounter a problem, don’t expect fair treatment or any effort to resolve it. For me, it was an incredibly frustrating and costly experience that should never have happened. “Love to visit this pool for a chill afternoon/evening swim. Its inexpensive, mostly pretty quiet (avoid weekends though) and its very clean. Within the entry fee you can also use the water slide (pretty fun), the wirlpool (tends to be busy), the play areas and the sauna, which is mostly empty and you can relax alone in there. There is also a short lazy river that circles around the sauna. There are also many play areas for young kids.”

“An exceptional cottage The cottage is extremely clean, welcoming and very well equipped, nothing is missing. The owner gives her guests an excellent welcome, she is very charming and super friendly and very professional; she does everything she can to make you feel at home very quickly; super warm and attentive welcome. We were very well received. The quality of the services, comfort and space made us feel at home. The house is very well equipped with good quality crockery. The house is very functional, very well equipped and decorated with great taste. The garden is large, very pleasant, with a superb terrace for barbecues. I recommend it with my eyes closed and thank you very much for your welcome. Very beautiful welcome gift basket with wine, jams, honey, eggs and vegetables and all this local: nothing but happiness. Nothing to say about the quality/price ratio. Everything was included: provision of washing machine products, dishwasher, bed linen and towels and even shower gel. I highly recommend. We feel at home. We only want one thing: to come back. A BIG CONGRATULATION 👏”

“Since 9 years I always bought shoes for my kids at this store, but never again!!! It started in summer with sandals for my daughter where the leather broke few days after I bought them. So I brought the shoes back, they repaired it and it broke again... And it continuous with winter shoes for my son where a sole of the shoe was detached after 4 days of wearing. I brought the shoes back, they repaired it and now I see it is detached again. They speak Luxembourgish and they are nice, but they are selling faulty shoes for full price. It is a shame! And if there is an issue they will never exchange or give money back.”
