There was an instance where a conference with the school nurse was fundamentally vital for this young boy's SURVIVAL, and only ONE out of a POOL OF SEVEN educators made an appearance. Previously, I was physically thrust to the ground and assaulted on my back numerous times due to a devout girl who thought of me as odd, and she never truly bore any genuine accountability for her actions. There was an incident where a male teenager aged 16-17 collided with a 13-year-old, verbally abused him, and when the younger boy retaliated verbally, he ENDED UP WITH A BROKEN ARM AFTER A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION. AND WAS ONLY GIVEN A ONE-DAY SUSPENSION. I would strongly advise against enrolling your children in this institution. In an additional incident, an educator neglected to assist a student who had fainted from hypoglycemia. Instead, they relied on another student to help. This is a glaring example of the lack of consideration towards students' health. Furthermore, there are instances where students are physically attacked by other students because of their beliefs or because they are considered different, and these incidents often go unpunished. There was also an incident where a student was punished merely for defending himself verbally against an older student who had insulted him. This escalated into a physical confrontation where the younger student suffered a broken arm. The older student was punished, but only with a one-day suspension, which is arguably not enough considering the severity of the injury caused. These examples highlight the lack of discipline and accountability in this institution, and it is clear that the wellbeing of students is not a priority. Therefore, I strongly advise parents to consider other options for their children's education.”

We had just celebrated our nuptials in the romantic city of Venice, and were sent flowers at our residence by some thoughtful individuals. However, we were not at home, as we were enjoying our time in Italy. It's something that can indeed happen. My wife made arrangements to collect the flowers at the soonest opportunity (she made a call in advance to let them know about our upcoming collection, and was met with a rude response from a woman who questioned why we hadn't picked up the flowers earlier). The situation was further exasperated when we visited the shop. A man greeted my wife with the same discourteous attitude. In my opinion, such behavior is not acceptable and I would award this place zero stars if it were possible. I feel customer service is important and in this case, it was sorely lacking. We were dealing with a joyful event in our lives and the rudeness displayed by these people was completely unnecessary and quite disappointing.”

Free entrance, visitors have to leave their belongings in lockers at the entrance (for free as well, you have to enter and save your code to lock it). There are several studying areas (desks, armchairs), including private rooms to book and a music room with a piano! Food and drinks are not allowed inside, but there is a bar in the same building. The tram stops exactly in front of it. Books are available in several languages: french, german, luxembourgish, english, spanish, italian. Book and rooms can be reserved through the online website. There is a box outside the entrance to return rented books outside of the opening hours.”

Luxembourg“I went there for a platinum hydrafacial facial treatment, before proceeding with the treatment the practitioner should have carried out facial cleansing and this was not done even though I mentioned it to her. Then she used the machine to extract the blackheads but there were still some left because it is impossible to remove everything with the hydrafacial, additional manual extraction is necessary to get rid of them. Which I also mentioned but the practitioner told me that it was necessary to have a treatment every month to remove them (which is not correct...). Premium boosters were applied with the hydrafacial, except that the practitioner left the excess on the facialist instead of removing it and applying a day cream. I also pointed this out to her but she said they don't do that in their institute. I left the institute with sticky skin due to excess product and still with the blackheads I had before the treatment. I have been used to doing hydrafacials for years in other institutes and this is the first time I have seen such a poorly performed treatment. This treatment is clearly not worth 250 euros! This is simply theft. Update In response to your comment, I sent you a complaint email via your customer service and I never received a response, which is why I am writing this comment. I never said I would come back to your institute... I noticed the condition of my skin when I got home. If you think that the way you provided the treatment is optimal, I advise you to do a hydrafacial at Elevate my skin in Brussels, you will see the stunning result on your skin ;)”

The packaging was not done properly, which could have contributed to the damage during transit. The lack of care and attention to detail during the delivery process was very apparent. The customer service provided by Micadoni left a lot to be desired. They were unresponsive to my concerns and complaints. When I attempted to reach out to them, they didn't provide a satisfying solution to rectify the situation. Instead, I was met with silence and indifference, a clear sign of a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. I can say with certainty that I would not endorse this brand to anyone. Considering the amount of money I had to part with for their products, the quality and service provided were far from satisfactory. They fell drastically short of my expectations and did not deliver value for the money spent. This experience with Micadoni has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I strongly advise potential consumers to reconsider before investing in their products or services. In an additional incident, an educator neglected to assist a student who had fainted from hypoglycemia. Instead, they relied on another student to help. This is a glaring example of the lack of consideration towards students' health. Furthermore, there are instances where students are physically attacked by other students because of their beliefs or because they are considered different, and these incidents often go unpunished. There was also an incident where a student was punished merely for defending himself verbally against an older student who had insulted him. This escalated into a physical confrontation where the younger student suffered a broken arm. The older student was punished, but only with a one-day suspension, which is arguably not enough considering the severity of the injury caused. These examples highlight the lack of discipline and accountability in this institution, and it is clear that the wellbeing of students is not a priority. Therefore, I strongly advise parents to consider other options for their children's education.”

“I went there for a platinum hydrafacial facial treatment, before proceeding with the treatment the practitioner should have carried out facial cleansing and this was not done even though I mentioned it to her. Then she used the machine to extract the blackheads but there were still some left because it is impossible to remove everything with the hydrafacial, additional manual extraction is necessary to get rid of them. Which I also mentioned but the practitioner told me that it was necessary to have a treatment every month to remove them (which is not correct...). Premium boosters were applied with the hydrafacial, except that the practitioner left the excess on the facialist instead of removing it and applying a day cream. I also pointed this out to her but she said they don't do that in their institute. I left the institute with sticky skin due to excess product and still with the blackheads I had before the treatment. I have been used to doing hydrafacials for years in other institutes and this is the first time I have seen such a poorly performed treatment. This treatment is clearly not worth 250 euros! This is simply theft. Update In response to your comment, I sent you a complaint email via your customer service and I never received a response, which is why I am writing this comment. I never said I would come back to your institute... I noticed the condition of my skin when I got home. If you think that the way you provided the treatment is optimal, I advise you to do a hydrafacial at Elevate my skin in Brussels, you will see the stunning result on your skin ;)”
