“Sunday morning, nice weather, reduced prices and there is a guy in the carwash who is moving like in slow motion… i do not get this company, they make a lot of car washes on Sunday, more than a weekday, why the hell they do not put staff to make it fast??? This guy prepares one car in four minutes! I had time to count multiple times!! What a shame…”

Several brushes are not working, waxing is without any wax, water nozzles are blocked and not distributing water correctly, drying is not working. “Visited Pret yesterday for coffee. Prime location right behind Hamilius bus/tram stop. The ambience is vibrant and cool with speedy and friendly service. Decently priced coffee and other snack items. I don't know if it's my thing to enjoy coffee in a coffee mug, despite choosing to have the coffee in the premises we were served coffee in takeaway cups which was a tad damper for me. The cookie was crisp and delicious.”

“Cute little spot in the center of Luxembourg. Was so excited to stop here after my flight, as I’m in love with Pret around the world, so it was a must visit for me! As per, it didn’t disappoint! Staff was amazing, super kind and friendly, and their collection of food items was generous enough. Prices are in line with the norm in Luxembourg, so no issue there either. Definitely would recommend this place to coffee lovers and anyone who just wants to get some work done in a cute cafe!”

Offered to unload all the furniture on the street! Ikea - find professionals! Stop signing contracts with non-professional companies - you spoil your image first of all!”

There is a free elevator right nearby to take you to top of plateau if you don’t want to or aren’t able to walk up the hill.”

“I recently booked a stay at this hotel, drawn to its charm and unique stone walls. However, upon arrival, I discovered a serious issue: extensive mold growth on the walls. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they acknowledged that “the walls are alive” and “there’s nothing we can do about it” due to the natural stone. I explained that I am sensitive to black mold and requested a refund and that we would stay someplace else. They offered to move me to a room without exposed stone walls. However, given the small size of the hotel (only four rooms total), and I could smell the mold immediately upon entering the building, I felt unsafe staying there and chose to leave. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to issue any kind of refund, leaving me not only without accommodations but also out of pocket for a room I couldn’t safely use. I reached out twice since the date we were supposed to stay there (early/mid December 2024) and they have not responded to me. Mold is a serious health issue, especially for vulnerable guests, and I would urge the hotel to address this problem immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values their health and safety.”

“I was there for x-ray last week on a weekday. The information desk staff was helpful and guided me. Take a token from the kiosk and wait for your turn. The token no.will flash on the digital screen with the counter no. If visiting for the first time carry your ID card and CNS card for registration. The X-ray room is on the -1 level. Styaff spoke English and were courteous. The wait time was not more than 10-15mins.”
