First, they are a bit slow in preparing the food, which is fine in principle, but was actually a bit annoying because they have no screens to show when the order is ready, so we had to wait 15 mins standing in front of the counter. Secondly, I’d suggest specifying what the “special sauces” are in the burgers (I had a burger with a special sauce that I didn’t like - probs wasabi taste? - and it ruined it a bit). But nice new place in town :)”
“2 stars for overdone fries - extremely hard, I didn’t finish. Munchies special burger was quite satisfying, but on the verge of loosing the balance with all the ingredients. Appreciated the peanut butter touch - peanut butter is underrated in burgers. At this price point, the fries undermine the whole experience, this needs to be addressed.”
“At first glance, this burger place looks absolutely amazing — both from the outside and inside. It gives off the impression that you’re about to have a great experience. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The prices are quite high considering the quality of food being served. There’s little to no transparency about the products they use, and it feels like the place was built more around a concept than a true passion for burgers. It lacks personality, and sadly, the food reflects that. You don’t get the sense that the people behind this restaurant genuinely love burgers. The preparation feels careless — the bread is soggy and barely toasted, making for a disappointing bite. I was really excited when I first heard about this place opening and gave it two chances, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, both visits left me disappointed. It’s a real shame because it could have been something special.”
“Went to Munchies last Saturday evening at 21:30 with two friends. By Monday morning, all three of us were seriously ill; one friend was vomiting multiple times, and the other two of us had diarrhea and stomach cramps. We were clearly food poisoned. We contacted the restaurant to report the issue and ask if others had experienced the same… but received no reply at all. Extremely disappointing and concerning. Definitely won’t be going back.”

“I recently attended a 16+ school event at Encore and was shocked by the behavior of the bouncers. Even though I’m 18, I witnessed several instances where security was overly aggressive, creating an unsafe and tense environment. They even took my pepper spray, which I understand is illegal in Luxembourg, but their approach was unnecessarily rude. From what I saw, over 25 students, many under 18, were treated aggressively and HIT. If Encore wants to host youth events, they should ensure their staff maintains a respectful and professional attitude towards underage students too.”
“The club needs to get rid of their bouncers and replace them. I understand the job is not easy but having aggression problems and literally assaulting and brutally hitting innocent people should get them punished for everyones safety! I will go report everything to the police once I am not as busy anymore. Absolutely horrible!”

We went there once, they decided my friend was not entering the place, pushed him out of the entrance, threw him to the floor and three of them started beating him in the floor. We called the police and they warned us that to suit them it's tricky because you need to go to court and take care of a lot of expenses. We ended up in the hospital that night.”
“I recently attended this nightclub for a school event, and I must say, it was a horrible experience. The bouncers were extremely violent and rude, treating guests with zero respect. Several of my classmates were forced to leave early because the behavior of the security staff was completely unacceptable. Instead of ensuring our safety, they created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you expect decent treatment from the staff. Avoid at all costs!”

“As other review have also said. It seems like they are incentivized to fail you on minor details, maybe to make that extra charge for the second round. The first year I was failed by them for a shaky back light, not lose, shaky, fine. This year I was failed because of a 2 second fix. None of the issues are a threat to road safety.”
