Très mauvaise expérience dans ce magasin. Je suis vraiment déçu du service et de l’accueil. Le personnel n’a pas été professionnel et j’ai eu l’impression que le client n’était pas une priorité. Les explications étaient peu claires et le problème n’a pas été pris au sérieux. Le comportement du personnel a également été particulièrement agressif. J’ai été confronté à des propos très violents verbalement et à une attitude que j’ai trouvée intimidante et agressive. Ce genre de comportement est totalement inacceptable envers un client. Je déconseille malheureusement fortement ce magasin. J’attendais beaucoup mieux, surtout pour un magasin spécialisé dans les vélos. Une expérience très décevante et que je ne souhaite absolument pas renouveler.

There are always new hairstylists, I had to pay for not provided services and the result is not satisfactory.

Ich habe letzte Woche dieses Autohaus besucht. Leider ist klar, warum Mazda und die vorgestellten Autos in Luxemburg nicht beliebt sind ))) Niemand von den Managern kam innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu mir, obwohl ich die Autos aktiv inspizierte. Schade, ich werde ein Auto in einem anderen Autohaus kaufen.

Very bad service- Be cautious when dealing with them ...

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order on June 28, 2026 with in-store delivery (order no. 2249679260). On 1 July, bpost informed me that the parcel had been sorted, but the tracking then did not change any further. As early as July 7, I contacted customer service several times. Despite their promises to investigate and get back to me, I have not received any concrete follow-up. It was only after requesting a refund that I was suddenly told that the order would have been picked up at the pick-up point on July 2nd, with a signature saved. Still, I had never been informed of its availability and the order status had not been updated. When I asked for a copy of the signed document, customer service referred me to the carrier. He told me that only the sending company could open an investigation. I finally had to get the European Consumer Centre involved to get a refund for my order. In view of the lack of follow-up, the contradictory answers and the lack of real management of the problem, I do not recommend this site and the customer service shines by its inefficiency and its total lack of follow-up

Approximately so (look at the photo) this transport company is in a hurry to deliver the order to me in Luxembourg ! I'm trying to find the holidays in the calendar, but apparently GLS has its festive schedule - there is nowhere to hurry

Very untrustworthy. I reached out to Moldluxcars to replace a tyre and realign my front headlights. When I arrived for my appointment they advised they had not ordered the tyre, however less than 24 hours previous to this they had confirmed the tyre was ordered. I advised that they should just complete the headlight realignment. While they were doing this they removed the rear light (without discussing this with me) and advised that there was a fault with the reversing light - I was aware of this and didnt want them to repair it. I was concerned that they were removing lights which hadnt been authorised and also looking to make me pay more for the work than agreed. When they put the rear light back in place they broke the brake light which was previously fully functional. I reached out to them to advise what they had done, they agreed that they removed the light without authorisation and would not repair it unless I pay them. The owner doesnt speak English but the person I spoke to did, he was very angry and shouting down the phone - proving they knew they were at fault. I believe that due to me being English they were trying to con me out of money, they do not respect you if you do not speak French or Italian they are very racist. A disgrace to the Luxembourg community. Do not use this disgraceful, untrustworthy company, I will be taking this further as they should not be allowed to racially discriminate against people. The level of service is poor, no respect for customer, cant trust them to complete work

Je recommande ce vétérinaire les yeux fermés. Toute l’équipe est toujours très gentille, accueillante et à l’écoute. Ils prennent le temps de répondre à toutes les questions et d’expliquer les choses avec beaucoup de patience, jusqu’à ce que tout soit parfaitement compris. On sent immédiatement leur grande compétence et leur amour des animaux. Grâce à leur professionnalisme et à leur bienveillance, on se sent en confiance dès la première visite. It is very funny that this company only receives good reviews and i was totally disappointed by toitures goerens. I cannot recommend this company . I had made a new roof by toitures Goerens in 2024 and the problems begun already at the second working day when they did not tear down a second layer of the roof as "verbally promised" by the company . In the end of the work I got the big surprise that the quotation of the pricing was not correct and they wanted me to pay extra. During the work I decided to renew as well the gutter. This was no problem for the company however I found out later that the gutter was also totally overpriced . Now in may 2026 after not even 2 years the gutter is already loose and I have to get it repaired. This experience does not deserve a good review and in future I would look for another roofing company.

I was very I disappointed after visiting this place this evening. I went with my teenage son after the movie and asked the lady that we wanted a small plate of a few makis and california rolls only, not any other type. The lady decided for us and chose ‘The combo’ that had some nigiri, no maki and 4 california rolls. This plate which we understood in hindsight should have had 24 pieces, but we only got 16 of what we didn’t even order as we both don’t like nigiri. As we went to pay, the lady said the combo costs 34,50 eur which felt very unacceptable and it didn’t do justice to the little food we had. When I googled the menu, I saw this plate should have had 24 pieces which was definitely not the case. I felt misled and overcharged. I’d recommend double-checking your order if you dine here. On top of that, the sushi wasn’t even cold, it arrived at room temperature, which isn’t acceptable for sushi.

Pratiques inacceptables – Responsabilité totalement refusée Le 14/01/2026 vers 11h15, j’ai vécu une expérience choquante et inacceptable au Phone Smart du Cloche d’Or. J’y ai acheté un iPhone 17 Pro et j’ai fait poser une coque et une protection d’écran, toutes deux achetées dans ce magasin et installées par leur propre personnel. Quelques heures plus tard seulement, la protection d’écran se décollait. De retour en magasin pour signaler un défaut évident, j’ai été accueilli par une réaction accusatrice et déplacée : « Vous n’auriez pas dû toucher », alors que je n’ai absolument rien fait depuis l’installation. La suite est encore plus grave : on m’explique que la coque et la protection vendues et posées par le magasin ne seraient pas compatibles entre elles, et que le magasin n’assume aucune responsabilité. 👉 C’est inadmissible. Vendre des accessoires, les installer soi-même, puis refuser toute solution en affirmant qu’ils ne sont pas compatibles relève de pratiques commerciales inacceptables. Aucune tentative de correction, aucun remplacement, aucun geste commercial, alors que le problème est apparu le jour même et que l’erreur ne peut venir que de l’installation ou du choix des produits. À cela s’ajoute une attitude froide, désinvolte et méprisante, sans écoute ni respect du client. J’étais un client fidèle, mais après ce traitement, c’est définitivement terminé. Avis publié pour prévenir les futurs clients : si un problème survient après une installation effectuée par le magasin, vous serez simplement accusé et laissé sans solution. À éviter.

Mon objectif en partageant cet avis est d’informer d’autres professionnels et d’attirer l’attention sur l’importance d’un environnement de travail structuré et respectueux.

I called on the Andres roofing company for the replacement of slate and the ridge of my roof. They were very responsive, very attentive, and the work was well done. I highly recommend them.

I hired this company to remove moss from my roof, replace my gutter, and re-clad my zinc chimney. The craftsman did a meticulous job and was friendly. I recommend them.

All Square have been able to gain access to course we did not think were available and at pretty short notice. Sofia has shown excellent customer service throughout and went above an beyond to organise a disorganised bunch. We are already looking at booking again next year.

Very good food , big portions

We had a great expérience!!!!! The golf courses were sumptuous and the administrative process of checking in were smooth as everything was organized by All square. Accommodation was also well chosen offering both comfort and excellent eating opportunities. It is my third trip organized by All Square and definitely not the last one!

Nice and homely. We had from the Persian section. They were happy for us to share. Portions are a good size. Beautifully fresh and well cooked.

One of the nicest iranian Soltani dish I had Europe. Definitely worth checking. Local staff super friendly with a lot of jokes in their sleeves.tasty food and good vibe with young people and good shisha
