Accommodation was also well chosen offering both comfort and excellent eating opportunities. It is my third trip organized by All Square and definitely not the last one!”

Would really recommend this place for good Italian good as well... Reasonably priced and located in the city centre market area.”

Today I can finally pick up my pants and it turns out to be like this. Can't refund it, so the only thing I can do is return it to the store for another wait. Don't even know if the length still fits. Very frustrated.”

“Fantastic place for toddlers and kids to develop their physical abilities while having fun. The enthusiastic staff really make it fun for the kids but also help them with discipline and retrain (queuing, listening…). They also propose birthdays parties (we were invited to one) and again it was a perfect afternoon with the right pace (1h or so of fun in the gym then a little party with snacks and cakes). Can’t find fault with the place. It is a little bit pricey (monthly payment) but if you miss a session they will find you a replacement one.”

“Recently, I had very bad experience with them. First, they have promised 2 weeks to clean 2 winter coats and 1 silk shirt. After 2 weeks and 1 day, only 2 pieces out of 3 were ready without informing us. And they claimed (only via a note, no any other communication) that it was not possible to clean the sweat stains on the silk shirt’s arm pits. The remaining piece took them another week to process.”

The staff are amazing and know exactly what they are doing, the caring and safe atmosphere they cultivate allows even the shyest of toddlers to join in and enjoy themselves. The progress and self assurance our daughter has benefited from at The Little Gym is impressive, she loves going and trusts the staff entirely, which is important when it comes to learning new skills. They organise excellent parties for the children who attend throughout the year at very reasonable prices for the quality of the entertainment. I would 100% recommend!”

“Simple and easy instructions. Choose a machine, put your clothes, go to the pay machine pay and start the machine. Follow similar steps for the dryer. The best part is that you can activate the sms notification to intimate you once the clothes are ready. Coffee and cold drinks vending machine inside the shop. Other eatables and drinks not allowed as there is a sign on the table where you can fold clothes. In short, it's definitely a convenient way to wash and dry clothes.”

“Do not take quality/expensive gear to this shop. My cashmere and wool coat was ruined after a clean session. This is not subjective, literally the full fabric was damaged/hardened and professionals have confirmed (I had an original fabric sample sent by the seller). I waited more than 3 months for the manager to try to fix it, had to return many times to the store, and the coat continued damaged. I eventually pick it up as is, the manager did not activate the insurance as she should and I lost almost 500€ worth of a recently purchased coat. I’m very sorry for some of the staff working there, they are kind and had nothing to do with the lack of accountability of the management or the damaged of the coat.”
