My car passed its controle technique but my view on the experience would be the same.
- easy booking system
- good availability of appointments
- timely reminder of appointment
- good sign postings on arrival
- arrived early, reception was welcoming and clean
- saw me straight away and appointment was completed within 30 minutes
- even offer free tea and coffee whilst you wait

Perhaps include in the appointment email things to check before arrival to give the maximum chance of passing.
As this was my first controle technique in Luxembourg I wasn’t familiar was the process but did google in advance.
As other review have also said. It seems like they are incentivized to fail you on minor details, maybe to make that extra charge for the second round. The first year I was failed by them for a shaky back light, not lose, shaky, fine. This year I was failed because of a 2 second fix. None of the issues are a threat to road safety.
Went here as is closer to home than SNCT. Receptionist not friendly and when car done, someone from the office kept banging away in French, knowing I'm not understanding. SNCT much more professional

Very bad costumer service. People at the front desk don’t give you all information, they don’t provide explanations and have no sympathy.
