The CSSF is an important authority and seems generally willing to help with financial service issues, such as my case with PayPal. It would be helpful if response times could be improved so that urgent issues are addressed promptly and customers are regularly updated on the status of their complaints. 18.6.2024 filed 2016 a complaint concerning irregularities in the organisation of the CRM of Advanzia "Bank"....."answer" of CSSF came more than 2 years after...this makes my impression about their style of "work"....
