This bank is the worst. We opened.a mortage account, the accountant taking care of that didn’t follow up internally, gave wrong information and was not able to describe the process in an understandable language. After two months we demanded to get a contact within the responsible back office and handeled it by ourselves. Fact is, that this bank is a waste of time and money

Individuals who display arrogance and hold the belief that they are above others, should occasionally descend from their pedestal and join the rest of us on terra firma. Moreover, it's essential to remember that no one is above anyone else. We are all human beings navigating our way through life. Arrogance and superiority complexes are not admirable traits and certainly do not contribute to a pleasant environment. It's beneficial when people in such positions of perceived superiority take the time to acknowledge this and adjust their attitudes accordingly. In fact, the world would be a far better place if humility and understanding replaced arrogance and superiority. Such individuals who regard themselves as superior could greatly benefit from occasional reality checks, grounding themselves in the reality of our shared human experience. In conclusion, this place is not worth even the slightest praise or recognition. Arrogant individuals who imagine themselves to be superior should occasionally step down from their high horses and experience the humbling reality of our shared existence.

Customer service is simply a figment of imagination, with a multitude of mistakes committed (for instance, I attempted to establish a joint account, only for them to unilaterally open an additional separate account in my spouse's name without our explicit request or consent, they neglected to dispatch the bank card, and the list goes on). Therefore, it is highly advisable to steer clear. Not to mention the numerous hiccups that came up throughout the process, such as the unnecessary opening of an extra account for my spouse without our explicit direction. Despite our clear instructions, they also failed to send the bank card, leaving us in a lurch. The level of negligence and incompetence displayed is simply astounding. The appalling lack of respect and attention to detail in handling customers' requests is a clear indication of their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. So, I would strongly suggest avoiding this establishment at all costs. Their blatant disregard for clients' needs and preferences, coupled with their consistent failure to deliver on promised services, has left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. This level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and should serve as a warning to potential customers to steer clear of this business. It is evident that their priority lies not in delivering quality service but rather in carrying out their own agenda without any regard for the customer's needs or requests. An incredibly laborious account initiation procedure with countless mistakes made by the consultant throughout the entire operation, an extremely protracted delay to finally inform me, half a year post account initiation, that they are terminating my accounts within a little over a week without any explanation (currently, I can only surmise that I must not have suited their desired clientele (I undertake business consultancy), a misstep on their part during the commencement of the relationship), thus putting my enterprise in jeopardy (account balance of more than 25k at the time of termination, no ongoing loans etc...). To add insult to injury, I was directed there by the Banque Populaire, where my French company is based. It is strongly recommended to steer clear of this bank if you plan to establish a business or if you harbour professional aspirations. Moreover, the consultants have the audacity to execute this termination just prior to embarking on their vacation. This accurately epitomizes their mindset! Consider this a cautionary tale against entrusting your professional aspirations with such a negligently managed institution. The repercussions of their mismanagement can be seriously detrimental to your business and its operations. The lack of professionalism, as well as the lackadaisical attitude towards their obligations, is alarmingly apparent. My experience has led me to the unequivocal conclusion that this is not a bank you want to associate yourself or your business with. Their actions have put me in a precarious position, leaving me scrambling to make arrangements and rectify the situation.
