On the date of 23rd May, which fell on a Thursday, I had scheduled a hair trimming appointment for my little girl. (Our usual hair salon was completely booked and couldn't accommodate us) To start with, the stylist proceeded to wash my daughter's hair, but surprisingly left the shampoo lathered in her hair! My six-year-old daughter was forced to remain standing throughout her hair cutting session! What was even more shocking was that the stylist didn't use the traditional scissors to trim her hair, instead she used a hair clipper!!! The icing on the cake: She carelessly chopped the hair in an uneven manner!!! Upon wrapping up, she inquired if my daughter would like to have her hair braided, and then she requested me to hand her a hairband. The end result of the braid looked as if it had been clumsily done by a young child of just 4 years!! For such a disastrous service, I was charged a whopping 36 EUR. In conclusion: My daughter is booked in for a session at Ferber (our regular hair salon) tomorrow, where she is expected to receive a proper and satisfactory haircut. The hair salon, in general, was not maintained well and lacked cleanliness. Hair clippings were strewn all over the place. The hairbrushes are not sanitized after every client!!! The vanity tables and seating arrangements are not cleaned after every client... Moreover, the staff is not very cordial. This is a place that should be avoided at all costs!

She commenced the haircut, and after a period of time, I came to the realization that she had not grasped my desired style. I implored her to cease her action due to her glaring lack of professionalism. She was utterly inconsiderate. There seemed to be no concern for providing quality service, only for their own financial gain. She displayed no remorse or embarrassment for her actions. She is, without a doubt, a dreadful individual. Trust me on this. It was unequivocally the poorest service I have ever experienced. Her lack of skill and disregard for my desires only added to my frustration. Her unprofessionalism was evident throughout the entire process, and her apparent lack of interest in providing a satisfactory service was both disappointing and infuriating. Her sole focus was seemingly her paycheck, showing no regard for the level of service she provided. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction was shocking and left me feeling completely disrespected. And the audacity of her actions was astonishing, showing no shame or regret for her unprofessional behavior. She is, without a shadow of a doubt, a deplorable individual, and I assure you, you want to avoid interacting with her. The service I received was undoubtedly the worst I have ever experienced. Her lack of professionalism and disregard for my desires were not only disappointing but also profoundly infuriating.

An appalling venue to visit ABSOLUTELY APPALLING PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO AVOID THIS PLACE THE COSTS ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH THE FEMALE STAFF MEMBER PERFORMED THE TRIMMING OF MY SHORT TRESSES AND ALSO IMPOSED A FEE FOR STYLING IT BUT THAT'S NOT ALL, SHE ACCIDENTALLY CUT MY EAR MY EAR STARTED TO BLEED AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO APOLOGIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF SUCH A DISGRACEFUL INCIDENT I VOW TO NEVER, EVER, SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN Furthermore, I was completely taken aback by the lack of professionalism displayed. The woman who was supposed to be a trained professional, seemed to have no regard for basic safety measures. I am still in disbelief over the fact that she managed to cut my ear during what should have been a simple hair cut. In addition, the prices they charge are absolutely ludicrous. They not only have the audacity to charge an exorbitant amount for a simple haircut, but they also had the nerve to add an extra charge for something as basic as brushing. The level of disregard, coupled with the complete lack of remorse displayed by the staff member is shocking. It's quite clear that this place has no respect for their customers' well-being or their hard-earned money. I implore you to consider my experience and do your utmost to avoid this place at all costs. It's simply not worth the potential risk and definitely not worth the money they charge. I have never been so horrified by a service provider, and I can assure you that I will never, ever, consider returning.
