The solitary disadvantage, which results in a mere three-star rating, is the propensity of the business to lose track of certain customers. Consequently, you may occasionally find yourself in a situation of waiting for an extended period, perhaps multiple months, or even up to a couple of years before you have the opportunity to see them again. A first-class establishment known for its excellent operations, it offers fair and reasonable rates. However, the only negative aspect, thus the three-star evaluation, is the tendency for the company to inadvertently overlook some clients. This could potentially lead you to endure long waits of several months, or in some cases, a wait of up to two years before you experience their return. The only disadvantage, which is the reason for a three-star rating, is the company's tendency to forget about some people. Following a phone conversation with a friendly individual (the sole redeeming aspect), I was informed that the individual responsible for scheduling and providing estimates would get in touch to set up a meeting. That was a fortnight ago, and I'm still in a state of anticipation... Absolutely NO professionalism. To elaborate, this conversation was not just a routine phone call, it was a professional discourse and, as such, it should have been treated with the necessary seriousness it deserves. Despite the fact that the person I interacted with exuded warmth and friendliness, there's a stark contrast when it comes to the individual tasked with arranging appointments and quotes. Their lack of communication and follow-up is a glaring display of unprofessionalism. In a professional setting, it is essential for all parties involved to demonstrate respect and consideration by adheriting to their commitments. This includes promptly returning calls and setting up necessary appointments as promised. It is now 15 days since that commitment was made to me and I am still left hanging, with no call or update on the situation. The silence and lack of action on their part could be construed as a total disregard for my time and an utter lack of professionalism. This is not the level of service one would expect from an organization that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. The entire scenario has left a bitter taste, overshadowing the initial positive interaction. In conclusion, while the initial phone conversation with the friendly individual was indeed the lone beneficial aspect of this entire experience, the subsequent delay and lack of communication from the individual responsible for appointments and quotations has been utterly disappointing. The absence of professionalism is glaring and I find myself perpetually waiting...

There are those who reject performing all the tasks that a landscape designer is typically responsible for, such as eliminating weeds, trimming, mowing, and gathering, and they permit the provisional workers to merely gather or eradicate weeds to avoid the necessity of stooping down. In addition, some of these individuals don't have any desire to engage in activities like planting or maintaining the landscape, tasks that are generally assigned to landscape artists. They simply allow the temporary staff to carry out these tasks, thinking it's easier to delegate and oversee than to actually get their hands dirty. Moreover, their use of tools isn't always per industry standards. They employ tools according to their understanding and convenience, rather than following the norms set by professionals in the field. It's more about personal comfort and less about adhering to the established rules of landscaping. This self-serving attitude and lack of adherence to conventional practices often lead to a different approach in handling and managing the landscaping tasks. It is not uncommon for them to overlook or outright reject certain aspects of the job, such as meticulous weeding or pruning, leaving these to the temporary workers. In doing so, they avoid the physical strain associated with these tasks, such as bending down frequently. They prefer to stay in their comfort zone, assigning the more labor-intensive tasks to others. This approach might not always lead to the best results, but it's the way they choose to operate.
