Exasperatingly, they were unable to vend me an additional box to cover for the missing two days. Can you believe that? Impractical, isn't it? This has led me to question the efficiency of this medical supply store. I never imagined that a place that should prioritize patients' needs would fall short in such a basic requirement. I found myself in a predicament, needing additional medication but unable to secure it. This has been a disappointing experience, and it's one I'm keen to avoid in the future.
