Charged me for damages without any evidence, told me the matter was closed, and then reopened it 2 years ago. Been calling for a month to resolve it and person managing the case is not reachable, no one else wants to give any information either. Ended up paying more than 650EUR just to close the matter.

Totally agree with the reviews. They cancelled my reservation 10 minutes before the pick up time. Fortunately, a car was available and I had to rebook while at the rental center. But, had to book it again online in order to get the same price as they were going to charge me more.

I booked a car via booking.com and Europcar sent cancelling email two hours before delighted pick up time. Service was terrible.

Totally pathetic service. Avoid by all means. Their reservation system is a joke. You call beforehand to ensure the car is available for the intended rental period. Employee also confirms and asks to make reservation online. Once you make a reservation they cancel it in couple of hours. This is 4th time it has happened to me in 2 days.AVOID by all means.
