I’ve had many items over the years

I’ve had many items over the years framed here, and what always makes the difference is the advice and suggestions as well as the extra work done to enhance the pictures. Ive recently has two vintage posters framed her, which were not only framed perfectly, but the posters themselves smoothed out and where there were some gaps in the poster a perfectly matched background to mask the imperfections. This is a top service and shows the skill of the framer.

Worst service I've ever experienced at

Worst service I've ever experienced at a framer. Zero service, impolite - I felt like I was disturbing him as he came into the shop chewing. Without asking me, the man immediately opened the cardboard tube, with dirty hands and tore open the protective paper before roughly unrolling the original work of art I wanted framed. When i asked him where his gloves were he said he didn't need gloves, but found some and put on black runner gloves anyway. To stop the paper from curling, he put used matting boards ON TOP of the art work, instead of fabric weights on the corners as they do at professional framers, in order to protect the artwork. The paper was also bent and wrinkled... I had three pieces to frame, but after the rough handling of the artwork, his impolite and rude manner, I left to bring my business elsewhere.
