However, when I ordered an espresso macchiato, what I received was quite baffling... it was like... seriously... akin to a bowl of milky soup... They'd approach you in the middle of the meal, expecting the bill to be settled, even when we were barely done sipping our beverages. Their attitude strongly suggested to the patrons that they should hastily wrap up and depart, thereby freeing the table for the next set of customers. The atmosphere was quite off-putting, as the staff were more interested in making space for the next set of customers rather than ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the current ones. In addition, it was rather disconcerting to notice that despite the subpar quality of the food, there was no genuine effort from the management to rectify the situation. It was as if they were completely oblivious to the fact that their culinary offerings were not up to standard, and that their customer service was sorely lacking. To put it bluntly, the entire experience was a massive disappointment. It felt like we were nothing more than a transaction to them, rather than valued customers. Consequently, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
