No comments were made about the blooms, yet the demeanor of the individuals is utterly ludicrous. We tied the knot in the beautiful city of Venice, a handful of well-meaning individuals had dispatched blossoms to our residence (we were not at home but rather on vacation in Italy), which is a circumstance that can occur. My spouse gathered the blossoms at the earliest possible convenience (rang ahead of time to inform them about our impending arrival to collect them and was addressed by this lady questioning why we hadn't retrieved the flowers sooner). Following that, in the store, this gentleman welcomed my wife with an identical lack of courtesy. I would allocate zero stars to this place if only I had the option. It seems quite absurd that people would act in such a manner, especially when they are dealing with customers. We had just celebrated our nuptials in the romantic city of Venice, and were sent flowers at our residence by some thoughtful individuals. However, we were not at home, as we were enjoying our time in Italy. It's something that can indeed happen. My wife made arrangements to collect the flowers at the soonest opportunity (she made a call in advance to let them know about our upcoming collection, and was met with a rude response from a woman who questioned why we hadn't picked up the flowers earlier). The situation was further exasperated when we visited the shop. A man greeted my wife with the same discourteous attitude. In my opinion, such behavior is not acceptable and I would award this place zero stars if it were possible. I feel customer service is important and in this case, it was sorely lacking. We were dealing with a joyful event in our lives and the rudeness displayed by these people was completely unnecessary and quite disappointing.

They failed to transport the blossoms due to the courier's inability to "locate the given address". I was compelled to personally drive down to the store, collect the floral arrangement on my own, and subsequently make the delivery by myself. Bafflingly, they declined to compensate for the 12€ delivery charge. Absolutely disgraceful!!! Furthermore, it was not just the fact that they did not accomplish their responsibility to deliver the flowers which was disappointing, but also the audacity they showed by denying to refund the delivery fee was beyond belief. It seemed as if their customer service was virtually non-existent. I could not help but feel as though I had been taken advantage of, considering that I ended up doing their job, and to add insult to injury, I was not compensated for the inconvenience caused. This entire ordeal left me feeling utterly disrespected, as if my time and effort were not valued. It's a pity that such a simple task of delivering flowers could not be completed. It's astonishing how a company could be so negligent in their duties and so dismissive towards their customers' concerns. This truly is, without a doubt, an absolute disgrace!!!

Despite this minor setback, it is worth noting that the overall experience was still largely positive. The flowers received were of excellent quality, displaying vibrant colors and a fresh look. The customer service was also top-notch, with staff members showing great attentiveness and readiness to assist. In retrospect, the entire ordering process would have been far more convenient if the website had been more user-friendly and responsive. In conclusion, while the online shopping experience was marred by a few navigational issues on the website, the exceptional beauty of the flowers received, coupled with the outstanding service provided, more than made up for the inconvenience. The experience, although extended to 45 minutes, was nonetheless rewarding. The company would, however, do well to invest in making their website more efficient and user-friendly to make the ordering process smoother and faster in the future.

Exorbitantly priced, they have the audacity to demand 3 euro for a minuscule greeting card. This is undoubtedly the most inferior florist in the entire metropolis. Not only do they overcharge for their products, but they also lack in customer service and fail to provide quality flowers. Their extravagant prices are not reflective of the quality, or lack thereof, of their goods. It's shocking that they would ask for such a high price for something as simple as a small wish card. This is certainly not a place you would want to visit if you're looking for value for your money. Their outrageous pricing strategy is matched only by the mediocrity of their floral arrangements. To charge such an exorbitant amount for a tiny wish card is simply preposterous. It's clear that this is the least commendable flower shop in this sprawling city.

My order was not delivered as per the agreed schedule. To add to this, the lack of communication from their end was not only unprofessional, but also inconvenient considering the circumstances. When placing the order, I had explicitly asked for a notification in case they could not fulfill the delivery. This would have given me the opportunity to make alternate arrangements, namely visiting their physical location to retrieve my order. Despite being a first-time customer to this particular flower shop, the overall encounter has been rather unpleasant to say the least. Given this unfortunate experience, I would strongly suggest that you reevaluate your options. There are a multitude of other stores within our city that may offer a more satisfactory service. It's always better to consider alternatives when faced with such disappointments.
