The ladies were nice and kind. However they were a little bit not honest with prices. Even if i asked a estimate before, i was asked to pay 73 for coupe shampoo and brush + long hair supplement and an unspecified treatment ( shampoo should be included). And my hair are not so shiny how they are supposed to be after a treatment from the hairdresser. They should be more honest with the prices exposed.

In general I'm quite happy with the result. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with me even if they don't speak English. Nice haircut and I'm happy with the color as well. Only negative, was the pive in my case. I feel the price was a bit hight considering I only did a toner and haircut.. it was around 120 euros if I remember correctly. Which is more than what I expected based on their catalog, but maybe I just need to get used to Lux prices.
