ladies and gentlemen, It's already the second month that we haven't received any money for the house we rented to you. As you correctly wrote last month, we have nothing to do with the theft and yet we do not receive the promised money. This time it's you, but we won't pay the rent anymore! This morning Mr. Baum from the DP was at RTL. He talked a lot without providing new insights and he didn't lose a word about the people who rented their house or apartment to CARITAS for a small price and now stand there empty-handed. I, for my part, am just as smart as I was before that interview. No one wants to take responsibility, as is usually the case in politics. With not so friendly regards Klein JP

I called today 8:24am and the male person who answered the phone is rude and sarcastic. I have to write this review and email feedback to reach the right person in their office. This is not how you treat the residence of this country who are working hard and paying taxes. I am not complaining about the office but the person who is representing it answering the queries. I hope this constructive feedback will help improve their service

The officials in Luxembourg are a joke when it comes to their knowledge of the applications to be processed. I had to explain several times that I lived in a shared apartment with a work colleague. It was explained to me that I had to submit my colleague's salary, even though he was a complete stranger and I only submitted the application for myself. A young man who had telephone service even said I had to submit my work colleague's annual salary for 2023 even though I submitted the application in September 2024 :D That logic alone. I hereby officially apply for a clerk position at Ministère du Logement. I have basic legal knowledge and a business diploma. Instead of 15 clerks, you would have 16 and I would CONSCIOUSLY do the same amount of work in the same amount of time as 5 of the current clerks. It's not enough to take a state exam, which is RIDICULOUSLY easy, but the employees lack legal and administrative expertise. For careers in the civil service, you should complete training and study, as is the case in Germany. For simpler jobs such as that of a clerk, training in public administration is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. This means that the clerks have to be familiar with the social legislation in their sleep!!!!

It would be desirable if there were at least a Luxembourgish or English version of the website. Thank you very much!
