Bought a rug on their outlet site and went to pick it up as told by a representative on the phone. From the moment I entered the store I was treated like I shouldn’t be there. The cashier tells me I should have paid for the item beforehand and that she doesn’t know about my rug.. I tell her that the only thing I was told was to come to the store and I could pay on the spot. Throughout the exchange she’s unkind and rude. I’ll think twice before purchasing something here again.

I've walked by this pop-up store a few times and admired the timeless and bright Scandinavian furniture through the window. I went in today and was surprised that the products and accessories are spread over three floors. I like the design very much and the workmanship looks very valuable. It's possible to customize in terms of shape, color, and material. Prices are on the high side, but there are currently some exhibits at significantly reduced prices. I was greeted but didn't feel recognized nor have I been approached if I needed any further information. Probably as they were busy, or they assumed I am just looking around and won’t spend any money 😊 Will come back with my partner and probably take a couch if still available.

So disappointing, they’re absolutely dishonest! My friend and I saw a small doormat on the discount shelf. The label clearly said the original price was €95, now €11. We both saw it, no mistake, and each grabbed one. We left them at the checkout while we kept shopping. When we came back, the €11 label was ripped off, and they told us the mat was always €95! They made it seem like we were lying! If they’d just been honest and said it was a mistake in the first place, fine, we wouldn’t have argued. But this kind of shady behavior is infuriating! And to top it off, I later realized they double-charged me for another item. I’m not going back for a refund over a discount item, but people need to know—they’re completely unprofessional and dishonest!

This Store looks just stunning!! It‘s very inspiring to just walk through even if you don‘t buy something. I was welcomed in a positive and friendly manner, I even was offered something to drink although I was just browsing. Beautiful Danish design furniture.
