Parking spaces are very small and EV charging did not work at any of the charging points. Neither was there an information where to find them —> there are 2 at each level 😏 Had to continue travels with empty battery 🪫👎🏻

Very central- directly at train and bus station (which are currently free to ride) 👌 Clean and very big. Just plan to drive down 7 floors until you can park comfortably.

I came 5 minutes before the hour change

I came 5 minutes before the hour change but the machine got stuck. After a call to the operator the machine was working again but now I had to pay for an hour and a half (counted 1h 2min). The operator refused to fix the charge back to 1 hour even if the delay was because of their faulty machine.

Review for Parking Facility I have been using this parking facility regularly because it is convenient and well-located. However, my experience last Friday left me extremely disappointed. After parking for just a couple of hours, I accidentally dropped my ticket. Despite the fact that they have cameras and clearly register license plate numbers, I was charged an outrageous fee of 39 euros. This policy feels unnecessarily punitive and completely lacking in customer friendliness. Accidents like losing a ticket can happen, and with their advanced technology, they should be able to verify the duration of my stay without forcing me to pay such an excessive amount. While the parking itself is practical, this experience has made me rethink using it in the future. A more fair and accommodating approach would go a long way toward improving customer satisfaction.

In terms of location

In terms of location, it is convenient but in cost wise , it is expensive. Be prepare to drive down to level -6 or -7 to find a comfortable slot to park.
