Did a course via this institution, and initial information was misleading. The promotion suggests access to courses continuously, but fact is: you are attached to a schedule, as the on-line courses get replaced every week. It is therefore not as flexible as announced/expected and comes with constraints. Be aware of that, and don't expect you can accomodate courses to a busy work schedule - if you have one.

I did a course of Time Management in this centre taught by Ana Barreiro and I have to say that both the content and the quality of the lessons where superb. At the end of the course I was able to apply all the knowledge into my real life-work. I highly recommend this centre to any professional who wants to improve his soft-skills and achieve better results.
