Useless. We got internet and a phone connection through their Dutch subsidiary, and we've been without service since December 26th 2022. Did multiple calls to the servicedesk, but every time we get "we're working on it but there's nothing we can do right now or to speed things up." Abysmal service!

Offer a week of Canal Digitaal for free under the name "Bomvol" in the Netherlands, with free cancellation within that week. Even if you cancel within that week, you are subject to a one-month notice period. It is stated in their General Terms and Conditions but unfortunately not clearly stated when purchasing this subscription. Shame.

1/ Constantly increasing price 2/ Paid visit by a technician for a problem with the "telesat" decoder 3/ obsolete decoder that you are forced to change... with increase in subscription price 4/ list of channels in pdf . No sorting possible by language. pfffff That’s a lot!

The services are more and more expensive and the customer support is very bad. Some broadcasting is FHD, but the bitrate is lower than at German free channels. The difference is visible at larger tv's.
