Our golden retriever Henry has been going to see Dr Jaeger and Nurse Claire for some 6 years. They are so helpful and kind and super professional. The price is generally on the lower side for Luxembourg. They must speak about 5 languages too, so dont be afraid to call!

We’re never going there again

We’re never going there again. This so called professional vet said that she’ll clean our mini yorkshire terrier’s teeth and call my father if she’d had to do anything out of the ordinary. A bit more than an hour later she called AFTER he woke up not after the “cleaning” then my father goes there to pick him up and she said she had to remove 2 teeth. Later on my stepmother noticed that it was actually 4 or 6 teeth that she pulled out not 2. And again she didn’t call us to tell us that she’s going to remove the teeth. I would never recommend her ever to anyone. We don’t have an exact photo of his teeth before but after doing some research it says that mini yorkshire terriers have 6 they where he has them missing.

I need to write this because I’m so shocked of what they did to my 5 years dog! It’s unbelievably outrageous !!! It’s preposterous!!!!!!! My husband took my dog there in order to get the teeth cleaned and he was informed that the doctor would CALL him in case something else had to be done (like removing a tooth), however he was called when the dog was awake already and the doctor had removed SIX TEETH without notifying him!!! How is that possible? How could something like this happen? Without our consent????? And the dr said only 2 teeth were removed which is LIE. I have photos/proof! This can’t be real. This can’t be normal. This is NOT OK!!! This is not a reliable place. I am TERRIFIED.

The veterinarian Dr. Jaeger and her assistant Claire are both lovely, you can immediately tell that they really care about animals. They are very professional and competent, I immediately felt that my cats were in good care. My furry friends remained calm which shows that they also felt safe and well taken caren of. In short, the service and the staff are excellent, I wouldn't go anywhere else, five stars without hesitation :) Excellent service et équipe, je recommande les yeux fermés :)

Thanks to Dr Jaeger and Claire for their clear communication and professionalism. My cat is not easy to handle and this time she behaved well (no bitting nor scratching) during the vaccination. No need to sedate/ drug the animal as other vets will do. I highly recommend this clinic and we will be back for sure. 😸
