I have decided that I will not revisit that establishment unless faced with an urgent situation. Moreover, his overall demeanour was nonchalant, as though my dental health was not a priority to him. His professional etiquette was not up to par as he showed a lack of respect for my time by not adhering to the planned appointment schedule. In spite of the fact that his office was well equipped and clean, his lack of punctuality and disregard for my concerns overshadowed these positive aspects. Furthermore, he did not provide any concrete solutions or treatment plans for my dental issue, leaving me in the dark about the future of my oral health. His manner was not reassuring, and it was clear his attention was divided between the personal call and our appointment. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a patient, which is not acceptable in a healthcare setting.
