Avoid, deplorable customer relations. No flexibility on a date postponement 2 days after payment of the deposit, applying penalties of 50% and more even though the forecast date has not been confirmed by them. No arrangement possible and incoherent speech, computer problems, etc.
I don't recommend, run away.
Please stay away from this company! Not client oriented at all. 2 days after paying a deposit to engage them they didn’t accept any rescheduling just claiming for 50% and more of the moving cost just because you want to replan even without receiving an official confirmation!
This is not a professional company.
