Completely incompetent and total lack of knowledge. I went there because I had a problem in the ear, he said it was nothing and didn't know what to do.
I went to my GP which recognized immediately the issue and was able to direct me to competents doctors. It turns out I have a serious condition that absolutely needs to be addressed.
If I had listen to this guy I would have never found out until too late.
