I sent 3 blazers for dry cleaning through Sympass, they came back exactly the same, still dirty, not smelling clean and not even ironed... basically I payed for my jackets go see the views around Luxembourg... Edited review after company's answer: Google, Amazon, Ebay, and many others, have online reviews of products / services with the purpose of sharing how a certain product / service performed on a certain date and time without a direct complaint, otherwise reviews would be redundant with the companies trying to solve problems occasionally, covering up their bad service not letting the community know about it. I've been using cleaning services for several decades now, meaning it's not my first time I sent clothes to clean, so I know when my clothes need to be cleaned or not. Clothes were not as dirty as you assume / mention, they only had really soft stains, as they are 3 blazers to wear in office environment, which shows even better on how bad your [ inexisting ] dry cleaning service was... Furthermore, they didn't even were ironed and came back totally wrinckled, but that fact, you didn't mention on your wretched and unprofessional answer to my review. In case you missed it, free of speech is a right people have these days. Internet is the most pro-efficient way to complain and make reviews, therefore people like me use them on regularly basis to expose how good or bad something was, with the objective of sharing that information. If your are surprised and annoyed with my review, then I invite you to focus on your company's quality standards instead of blaming customers on a very unprofessional way. Welcome to the XXI century and good luck becoming more professional on the digital era.
