I think this is the first time I have had an experience like this. Following a potential over-invoicing from the bgl. I ask to review my fees and the person says “friendly”. We are not going to reimburse you, the customer must check his invoice costs... I hope that one day we will tell him that. As a result I cut my accounts... I had the same problem in another bank. an apology and a refund.
