This company is not professional

This company is not professional. They never finished the work they agreed to do, I made the mistake of paying the full amount before everything was done. I then waited a year for him to finish them (supposedly the work cannot be done in winter, spring is too rainy, the person in charge is on vacation, the bucket truck is not available/in breakdown and so on) and after a year I gave up. Last very rough, even threatening telephone exchange. Besides, the facade got dirty again not even a year after they cleaned it like in the photo. I strongly advise against it!
