Good morning, I will tell you my story that I had with a colleague of this company, Mr. Yvan-Emmanuel Ghyssaert. I signed a shared accommodation contract in an apartment that he “owned” October 2021, this person was my landlord for 15 months in Luxembourg and I must say that the experience was, by far, the worst I never had. Intrusion into the shared apartment without prior authorization, threats to roommates, inappropriate behavior, sexist remarks, etc. All this could have remained in the realm of anecdote but after more than 5 months of waiting for a return from him on my deposit worth 905 euros, a formal notice sent, I can without exaggeration, tell you that Mr. Yvan -Emmanuel Ghyssaert is a dishonest man who will steal your money if you don't fight to get it back. In addition, he does not fulfill his duties conferred on him by the title of owner. If you work within this agency, it would be very nice to say a word about this situation which I think does little to reflect the quality of your work within this agency in Luxembourg. If this formal notice is unsuccessful, the competent court will take over. Please believe in my intentions to recover my debt by any legal means against him.
