Our experiment involved tasting a Nepali and an Indian delicacy: the servings were plentiful, including rice along with an "amuse bouche" of poppadum and chutneys. Both meals were flavorful, intriguing, and expertly seasoned; the service was cordial and supportive. During an extremely hot evening, a fan could have significantly enhanced the comfort of the rooms, but considering that they have only recently inaugurated, we are confident that this will not be a continuing problem. Overall, we were immensely satisfied and can joyfully exclaim "Welcome to the neighbourhood, Nepali Chulo!" Moreover, we would like to highlight the authenticity of the dishes that we tried. They were not just delicious but also a clear representation of the culinary culture of Nepal and India. The "amuse bouche" was an excellent starter and set the tone for the rest of the meal. The chutneys were a perfect blend of tangy and sweet, enhancing the overall taste of the poppadum and the main dishes. The ambiance of the restaurant also deserves a mention. Despite the lack of a fan, which could be a temporary issue, the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was not just friendly and helpful, but also efficient. Their service played a significant role in making our dining experience enjoyable. The restaurant's recent opening in the neighborhood is a welcome addition. Their commendable service and delicious food are definitely great signs for what's to come. We look forward to visiting Nepali Chulo again and trying out more of their offerings. We are sure that Nepali Chulo will soon become a cherished hotspot in the neighborhood.
