I ordered a Calabrese pizza

I ordered a Calabrese pizza. I had a piece and threw it away as it was disgusting and incredibly greasy - check the box… The owner claims that this is normal (see below), but I obviously do know what Nduja is and this is not the way to make pizza (look at all that fat and the big chunks of cooked onion). Ok mate ;)
