I used to be a client but yesterday I just happened to pass by L’epicerie with my 3 year old who really wanted to pee. So I politely asked if she can use the toilet, she’s in the middle of her potty training so she’s still learning to control herself. We were denied access, because their toilet is for customers only, which is a valid reason except that I found this a cruel thing to say to a 3 year old. The lady told us that there’s a public toilet in Place d’Armes. Both me and my daughter were left speechless. Later she even asked why this lady was so mean?! Honestly I am DISGUSTED, will never return to your restaurant or shop again.
