I cannot recommend this to everyone

I cannot recommend this to everyone. Me and my wife had to leave after 20 minutes because she was close to a panic attack and I was just counting the minutes for it to be over. It is VERY loud in there and every couple minutes somebody yells through the room telling people to be more quiet. You also sit with 4 random strangers, so it is not intimate at all. And finally the complete darkness is very stressful. Your sense of hearing is very heightened and my mind just felt like I was being barraged by sounds. Consider whether this is something for you. Many of the staff members don’t speak english very well so that wasn’t great either. They were kind to let us leave but so far it’s unclear whether we will get a refund or not. We are owed a refund in either case.
