Very bad Service

Very bad Service! We made an announcement last year. By mistake we overpaid almost 1000€. Until today no refund. The following sentences were written to us: "There are two options I can offer you: 1. I ignore you 2. Hire a lawyer to get the money back." Shameful!!!!!!
