A complete travesty

A complete travesty. Having spent a full two years with braces fixed in my mouth, and in spite of the assurance that I would witness an impeccable outcome, it's glaringly obvious that my two front teeth are far from being even or aligned. The only suggested solution proposed to me by the clinic was fundamentally a recommendation to approach my personal dentist and request him to shave off a portion of one of my front teeth! In sum, I regard the clinic as lacking in skill and professionalism. I would absolutely advise against utilizing their services. You'd be better off exploring alternative choices within Luxembourg city where you are treated as a patient in need, rather than simply a source of income. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the communication with the clinic was anything but smooth. It felt as if they were more interested in taking my money than in helping me achieve the perfect smile I was promised. Their lack of empathy and understanding was profoundly disappointing. The whole experience has left me with a bitter taste. The clinic's inability to deliver on their promises, coupled with their dismissive attitude, was a total letdown. I had hoped to see a significant improvement in my smile, but instead, I was left feeling exploited and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone in need of orthodontic treatment to steer clear of this clinic. Look for other, more reputable and trustworthy clinics in Luxembourg, where you will be treated with the respect and care you deserve. Don't let yourself be reduced to a mere dollar sign in the eyes of a business that fails to prioritise the wellbeing of its patients.
