Terrible experience. We were told to be there on a thursday with no specific time indication. The car should have been ready the next day. When I got there at 4pm I was told I should come back in 2 weeks since I was "too late". I first had to face a very rude staff member before finally talking to a very reasonable manager. Sadly, when the car finally got "fixed" part of the problem remained. A couple of months afterwards we got 2 reminders that the bill wasn't paid although it clearly was. After reminding them twice, we hope that this was it. Hopefully we never have to deal with them again.
