LUAs other review have also said. It seems like they are incentivized to fail you on minor details, maybe to make that extra charge for the second round. The first year I was failed by them for a shaky back light, not lose, shaky, fine. This year I was failed because of a 2 second fix. None of the issues are a threat to road safety.
