Absolutely horrendous customer service! I would definitely refrain from purchasing apparel for my offspring from this place ever again! Their lack of professionalism and apparent disregard for their customers is appalling. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but they also showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding. It's clear that their main focus is to make a profit, rather than ensuring the satisfaction of their clients. The quality of the clothes I bought for my child was subpar at best. It's evident that they are more interested in quantity rather than quality. This kind of business practice is unacceptable and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their hard-earned money here. In this day and age, where customer experience is key to a successful business, it's shocking to see such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will undoubtedly be taking my business elsewhere. I implore others to do the same. Don't fall into the trap of buying from a place that clearly doesn't value its customers.

This peculiar sales lady is truly unique. Her gaze upon me is akin to that of a law enforcement officer scrutinizing a suspected criminal. There's an uncanny sense of scrutiny and suspicion in her eyes, as if she's trying to decipher some hidden secrets or unravel an unsolved mystery by merely gazing at me. Her demeanor, akin to that of a crime investigator, is both intriguing and unsettling at the same time. It makes me feel as if I'm under an invisible microscope, being analyzed and evaluated with an intensity that's hard to comprehend. The way she observes me, it's as if she's attempting to draw conclusions about my character or intentions, like a detective would do while investigating a crime. It's an unusual situation to be in, more so because she is just a saleswoman, not a police officer. Yet, her gaze holds that power, that authority, that unmistakable hint of suspicion that one usually associates with the law enforcement. It's a strange feeling, to be looked at in such a manner, but it's something I can't seem to shake off.

The sales force is always cheerful and ready to assist, creating a comfortable and friendly shopping atmosphere. They are extremely cordial and efficient in their job performance which makes every visit a pleasurable experience. I highly endorse this place to anyone seeking an enjoyable shopping experience with a well-trained and courteous sales team.
